A fantastic opportunity to use a range of microscopes and see images taken with electron microscopes that allow magnifications up to tens of thousands of times. Microscopes will be used to examine everyday items from bugs to kitchen ingredients, with experts explaining how imaging helps us understand our bodies, using bones as an example. There will also be a quiz (with prizes!) to test how well you can identify common objects when viewed under a powerful electron microscope
