STEM Fun & Games For The Whole Family!
TechFest-Setpoint were delighted to recently attend Hazlehead Park for the 2008 City of Aberdeen Highland Games where drop-in visitors of all ages participated in a variety of free hands-on maths and science activities designed to challenge and entertain – including a popular new K'NEX Tower Challenge.
The K'NEX challenge was won by budding engineer Ross Harman (age 10) who built the highest stable tower of the day – a most impressive 1.25 metres!
The winner of the day's free prize draw was Mrs Garden from Aberdeen who wins a group pass for the TechFest In September Family Activity Weekend - held on 13th & 14th September at Aberdeen Beach Ballroom and Leisure Centre.
