CREST RinR Conference

CREST RinR Conference Thursday 12th June at the University of Dundee, 10.00am - 2.30pm

Researchers in Residence facilitates a mutually beneficial relationship between researchers and secondary school students by placing researchers in secondary schools across the UK.TechFest-SetPoint delivers and promotes STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) activities in schools and to the wider community and administers the BA CREST awards scheme for the whole of Scotland.

The first joint conference in Scotland between CREST and  Researchers in Residence (RinR) is to be held at the University of Dundee on Thursday 12th June, from 10.00am until 2.30pm. The aim of this conference is to provide a wonderful opportunity for students to show off what they have achieved and gain recognition and a sense of satisfaction for all their hard work in a friendly and encouraging environment.  It also helps them to develop crucial communication skills and increase their self-confidence.
