Junior Engineer for Britain K'nex Challenge 2010

On Friday 28th May twenty one teams from primary schools in Aberdeenshire, Aberdeen City, Angus, Tayside and Perth & Kinross competed for one place at the UK Final of Junior Engineer for Britain K'nex Challenge 2010.

Gregor Hill and Cameron Richards from Langlands Primary School in Forfar won the chance to compete with pupils from all over the UK at the Imperial War Museum, Duxford on 11th June 2010

This challenge was generously sponsored, in Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City, by Wood Group and Talisman Energy (UK) Ltd. The presiding judge was Gilles Gardner from JP Kenny (who work in conjunction with Wood Group) and the prizes were presented by Jonathan Moore, Corporate Affairs and Communications Manager for Talisman
