The Big Bang - National Science + Engineering Competition
The National Science & Engineering Competition is open to 11-18 year olds in the UK who have completed a project or activity in any field of science, technology, engineering or maths. If you have any individuals or teams who have done an amazing project or invented something new over the last year (from June 2008 to 30th October 2009), then you may consider entering them for the competition. Online applications can be made at www.nationalsciencecompetition.org The closing date is 30th October 2009.
The best entries will be invited to present their project at the Big Bang in Manchester on 11-13th March 2010. They will have their own stand to show off their hard work to over 13.000 scientists, engineers, students, teachers & celebrities. There is over £50,000 of prizes up for grabs!
