Engineering Projects
The aim of TechFest-SetPoint is to promote Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) to pupils and the wider community. With our nation’s wealth creation heavily reliant upon STEM related industries, it is vital that we ensure a continued talent stream for the future. TechFest-SetPoint, in partnership with other companies and organisations, provides much needed and easily accessible opportunities for young people to be introduced to and engaged by these topics. The schemes detailed in this section aim to encourage young people to develop an interest in and an understanding of engineering and technology and in particular the practical applications of engineering.
